Abstract:
Hyperion™ Imaging System (Imaging Mass Cytometry) enables simultaneous high plex detection of more than 37 protein markers with sub cellular resolution using proven CyTOF® technology. This allows for deep interrogation of tissue microenvironment to gain deep holistic understanding of the complex cellular phenotypes and their interrelationships with the spatial context of the tissue microenvironment. Samples that could be used on this system includes formalin-fixed, parafin-embedded (FFPE) tissues and frozen tissues.
In this introductory session, we will introduce the Hyperion™ Imaging System platform by providing an overview of the platform and some key applications.
